January Debut Wars

The 2012 Debut Wars will work quite differently than Cover Wars. On the first of every month, one or two posts will be made with links to where you can vote for each category for that month. You will chose one book for each category. Voting will be open all year. These wars are for 2012 YA Debuts only. I will have a list of the YA Debuts that I know of and will also have an other box. The categories are listed below in detail.
Categories:

-Best Cover: Is chosen on appeal alone. Do you absolutely love it? Just like it? Have some issues with it? Down right hate it? Vote for the one you absolutely love the most.

-Best Synopsis: Is chosen based on how much it makes you want to read the book, if it grabs your attention more than the others, and if it gives the right amount of information. Vote for the one that stands out for you.

-Best Title: Is chosen based on how catchy it is, how unique it is, or how well it fits the book.

-Best Writing: What book just swept you away with its writing? Which book has writing that you couldn’t forget and you believe is the best.

Best characters-Which characters stood out the most for you? Which are the best and most memorable?

You will vote in whatever categories you’d like.

I will narrow the votes down to the best of each month. During the first week of January, voting will be open for all the categories. To get to the best of the best, the nominations will be listed and you can vote on ONE book for each category. Can you pick the same book for each category? Absolutely. As long as it is listed.

Winners will be named the best of 201-.
