When Joy runs away from home because of a secretly abusive relationship, the last thing she expects is to fall in love with Creed, homeless boy and aspiring musician who said if she needed his help, she knew where to find him.
Creed, haunted by his past and running from his future, dreams of making it as a musician in the Seattle scene. When Joy and Creed meet, their paths change forever.
So Lindsay invited Creed to tell us—what’s on his bucket list?
Creed’s Bucket List:
1. Score a recording contract with an indie label, like K Records or Kill Rock Stars or Sub Pop.
2. Play my own show at The Paramount.
3. Take Joy back to the Experience Music Project to pick up where we left off.
4. Read Jack Kerouac’s On the Road. Santos said it’s good.
5. Meet Bob Dylan before he dies.
6. Buy a house for my mom.
7. Take Joy to Amsterdam and Japan and India, where we can listen to music and learn about people and each other.
8. Be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
9. Track down my dad and tell him exactly what I think of him.
10. Buy a horse and teach Joy to ride in the ocean.

ReplyDeleteAw. Reading Creed's bucket list is makes me both sad and hopeful. And you get to see how selfless he is, he just wants Joy and his mom too be okay. And maybe a little bit more music in his life (:
